Shipping Methods
• All U.S. orders ship via USPS
• All international orders ship via DHL

Order Processing Time
Orders ship Monday–Friday only.
All orders (including Priority) require 1–3 business days to process before shipment.

We often ship same day or next business day — especially Priority orders — but this is not guaranteed.

USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail is not an overnight service.
After processing, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, per USPS guidelines.

There are no overnight or next-day delivery options.

Friday & Weekend Orders
• No Saturday shipments
• Priority orders placed after 10:00am (CT) on Friday ship Monday–Wednesday at the latest

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Occasionally, USPS may mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives.
In most cases, the package arrives within 1–2 business days.

If this happens, please contact your local USPS office first, as they have the most accurate delivery information.
