Custom dotz are only available in corporate quantities (400 packs or higher typically) at certain times only in a season. 

Cold weather will affect performance. (We hate the cold so do dotz)

Some new coatings on certain ball varieties are not compatible. The list in FAQ is updated. Always try dotz on another ball variety if you have had an issue. 

We are a small family business. Not a mega corp so yes you can call us even if we miss a call we will get back to you. (That's how it should be 😀🇺🇸)
