Golfdotz Return Policy

Returns are rare but we get it, and we want to make this easy. If it’s our fault we pay for shipping. If it is a mistaken order on your part, please understand we cannot pay for return shipping.

Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.  They must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Golfdotz packs are shipped face to face and in a protective bubble mailer. We cannot accept any returns in regular mail envelopes as the product will be damaged by USPS machines. (Imagine a flattened pack of dotz.. ouch!)

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Ship to the address below.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to appear on your account.
